Instructions
  1. ) SOUR LEMON GUMMY LOLLIES
  2. Clear some space in the freezer to fit the moulds flat
  3. Place silicone moulds (if using) on a tray (I use a container lid, just to keep it level when transporting)
  4. Place the strained juice in a small saucepan and lightly sprinkle in the gelatin
  5. Allow five minutes for the gelatin to bloom (the liquid will turn gelatinous and lumpy)
  6. Bring to low heat and stir until the gelatin granules are dissolved and the mixture is smooth
  7. Add you sweetener of choice, taste the mixture, it should be sweeter than preferred as once set, will lose some of it's sweetness
  8. Using a spoon, gently pour mixture into moulds, if using lego moulds, you will need at least 4 for this quantity or you can freeze the gummy's one tray at time, just gently heat the mixture in the saucepan lightly if it starts to set
  9. Place in freezer to set for approximately 30 minutes or fridge for at least 2 hours but best left over night
  10. To remove from mould, gently pull away at the edges first to loosen the gummies up, then push and invert the mould
