Coconut and Chia Pancakes 5 Ingredients (Paleo, GAPS, Grain free and Dairy free)

Serves: 20 pancakes
Ingredients
4 sugar bananas peeled (180 gms)
3 eggs
3 tbsp shredded coconut (buy on iherb or amazon)
1 tbsp chia seeds (buy on iherb or amazon - or slivered almonds if strictly GAPS)
½ tsp cinnamon (buy on iherb or amazon)
coconut oil for cooking
Instructions
Pre-heat pan on medium high heat with 1 tbsp coconut oil
Place all ingredients in magic bullet or blender
Process until smooth
Drop 1 tbsp of batter for each pancake on preheated pan, I fit around 7 pancakes in my pan
Cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown, check if browning to quick, reduce heat, if not browning enough increase heat
Serve immediately or allow to cool and store in an airtight container
